APA application on Motor Yachts;
Advance (APA) is done with the payment of charter. Under MYBA conditions, it is usually calculated as 30% of the total charter fee, but this may be 35% on some ultra luxurious yachts.
This payment has been made into a system mainly to cover fuel, food, port fees / customs costs and other expenses. This Preliminary Advance is given before the captain starts the cruise. The APA, which is 30% of the charter fee that is delivered to cap to save the motor fuels, oils and other requirements of the yacht, is actually the payment made by the captain in your name.
All bills and cash expenditure accounts must be completed before the date of the last landing date. The captain will take you to the cast of the expenses you have made and will return the rest if you have spent less than the APA amount. If the amount of spending exceeds the APA amount, you must cover this.
