BOOK

Optional bookings are only valid for 7 days. The actual booking first payment (at least 20 days before) must be realized after the contract must be signed between the parties concerned. The remaining payment at least must be paid 30 days prior to rental date. If payment is not made to our bank, you will be reminded of this by us, a document proving payment of the boat without ever leaving port is not allowed. This flexibility in the rules is not possible certainly in terms of the priority actions within at least 10 days in advance of your arrival.

List of crew and passengers, passport number, and country of your future captain document the exact flight information appears at the end if you have a special request , please notify us for approval . Please provide the information requested so that the process can be made actioned as soon as possible.

In terms of CANCELLATIONS
The following rules apply.

To make full payments at least 10 weeks in advance of the return must be notified to. For cancellations made between 4 weeks and 10 weeks, your deposit will not be refunded. But you can use to another date your deposit to book. 4 weeks in advance of the cancellation will not be refunded. All fees in case of cancellation of lease cancellation costs of 5% will be held by our company.

Embarkation AND LANDING TIME

Boat delivery time on Saturdays is 16:00. If the return is Friday 18:00 . Friday night it is possible to stay on the boat , Saturday morning at 09:00 am the vessel needs to be vacated. Before leaving the boat harbour in the contract, the equipment, engine and sails will be checked by the captain and must be approved on the return boat, the conditions should be delivered. The equipment is controlled by the staff of our company, damage, breakage and lack of any listed material and the losses borne by the lack of due care are not covered by insurance .

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES

Port management will need as proof of seamanship a valid certificate. All captains from any yachting school are to have a legal license.

INSURANCE

All yachts are insured against loss of generality. Boat loss, sailing damage to the outer surface, engine, windsurfer losses are not covered by insurance and are therefore payable by you the charterer. Personal losses are not covered by insurance. You are kindly requested storage insurance policy. Your captain must demonstrate experience and a valid license.
